Noble has manufactured a terrific series of rough terrain lift trucks which are both really rugged and mobile. These machines have eventually shown a great ability to perform with mobility and stability on all types of terrain, all while carry large loads. The RT forklifts have an emphasis of being able to complete jobs in even the harshest environment and are manufactured on performance.
The RT Series by Noble has been designed with a major focus on driver safety and comfort. The operator compartment offers fingertip operational controls and superb visibility to enable maximum efficiency. Furthermore, the cab has been designed with a huge "Easy-On and Easy-Off Compartment" for simple entering and exiting.
Operators Compartment - The drivers cab has been ergonomically engineered on all these equipment. The engineers have strategically positioned the seat in a lower position so as to decrease any pitching of the driver and provide a more comfortable ride. This feature specifically comes into play during long haul operations.
Engine - The RT engine is powered by the Tier II diesel Perkins 1004C-44 engine. This specific forklift provides optimum performance when completing any task due to the equipment's tough design and the engine.
Mast - The hydraulically tilting mast is set a 45 degree forward angle. This helps with the storage and transport of the RT machine. The Noble RT lift truck is equipped with either a 2-stage or 3-stage side shifting mast that has dual side chains along with dual cylinders. The driver's visibility is greatly enhanced by eliminating the hoses, the center cylinder and the carriage side chains.
Frame - ProEngineer software is used by Noble engineers to help construct and design an integrated one-piece frame that provides durability, optimum strength and total stability in all outdoor setting.
R Series
The R Series is a forklift which is engineered particularly for Rough Terrain applications. The Power Shuttle Transmission is engineered to be reliable and work well in difficult environments. There are Leaf Spring Suspension systems that come standard on all units to provide Operator comfort whilst reducing damage to the load, axle and the frame. The engines are designed to offer dependable and consistent power. Non-towable models showcase a strong planetary drive axle.
Noble TR Series
Each machine in Noble's TR Series comes with an Increased Load Handling Stability and Pantograph Reach Load Delivery System. To be able to help eliminate fatigue failures and premature stress, the Cellular Frame Construction is Pro-Engineered. Hydrostatic power offers infinite drive. Clear visibility is achieved during load positioning and retrieval because of the center seated position. Lastly, it just takes the flick of a switch to start 2 or 3 wheel drive.
